Data we process

Account: email address and authentication via Supabase. Workspace content: projects, chats, journal, wiki, and files you upload. Payments: Stripe handles cards and invoices; we store subscription status and the checkout email. Feedback: messages and screenshots from the account menu, delivered via Resend to info@thinktree.it.

If you use AI features, project text is sent to the models needed to generate a reply. We do not use your workspace content to train Thinktree models.

Why and for how long

We process data to provide the service, authenticate you, run payments, keep the product reliable, and answer requests. Account data is kept while the account is active; billing data is kept as required by law. You can ask for export or deletion at info@thinktree.it.

Processors

Supabase (auth and database), Vercel (site), Render (API), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and AI model providers for in-app replies. Each processes data for us within the scope of that service.

Cookies and sessions

We use technical cookies and local storage for session, language, and preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on these pages.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and object to processing, within applicable law. To exercise these rights: info@thinktree.it.
