The service

Thinktree is an AI-assisted thinking tool. Outputs support reasoning; they are not legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Decisions remain yours.

Accounts and plans

You must provide accurate details and keep credentials safe. The free trial lasts seven days. Paid plans are handled by Stripe; renewals and refunds follow the rules shown at checkout and in in-app billing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Thinktree for unlawful activity, to bypass usage limits, to harm the service, or to upload content you do not have rights to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and ownership

Content you enter stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service. Thinktree, the brand, and the software remain Thinktree’s.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
