FAQ + Sofia K. story · Explore chip “Which is my ideal customer?”
Choose a market
The landing FAQ lists “choosing a target market.” Sofia K., a B2B cofounder, uses Thinktree while weighing a new segment: interviews, research, and team assumptions in one workspace. It is an illustrative story, not a signed case study.
The usual mess
You have three plausible segments and slides that make all of them look “priority.” Interviews say one thing, sales another, product another. Without a place to hold the threads, the last person to speak wins.
Thinktree is for seeing the gaps: who hurts enough to pay, who is merely educated, what is still missing before you decide.
How to explore it
One node per segment. In each: evidence, objections, what you would test in 30 days. Clarify keeps branches visible; knowledge stores quotes and notes so they do not vanish into chat.
The Explore chip “ideal customer” on the landing is the same move: name who is in and who is out, instead of describing “everyone.”
Honest outcome
You leave with your recommendation, not the model’s: which segment to chase, which to park, which three proofs to gather. If the data is not there yet, the page makes that obvious — and that is already a decision.
