The landing says it plainly: Thinktree is for decisions that need judgment, not a quick fact. Priority is exactly that: three good things, one you can do this week.
Why lists are not enough
A ranked backlog hides the criteria. If you do not say whether you are optimising for learning, revenue, or risk, every stakeholder is right. Thinktree forces you to name the criterion before the options.
How to explore it
List the candidates. For each: cost, irreversibility, what it unlocks. Open a thread on “what happens if we do not.” Clarify makes the cut visible: it is not an eternal ranking, it is a choice for this window of time.
Outcome
One priority, two parked items, and the reason in a sentence you can reread on Monday. The AI does not score the items for you.
